ELEVE by Deyaar

ELEVE is a 33-storey residential project by Deyaar Development in Downtown Jebel Ali, sited on Sheikh Zayed Road. Deyaar launched it on 27 February 2024 with apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The National, reporting on the launch, placed the building next to a metro station.

According to Deyaar, the building has four levels of covered parking and service areas in the basement and podium and a retail arcade on the ground floor. Announced amenities include a residents' lounge and club room, a gym, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a separate children's pool, a multipurpose hall, and landscaped outdoor seating and barbecue areas.

Completion was scheduled for Q2 2027 (developer, announced 2024). In its construction update Deyaar reports structural works under way and lift and aluminium subcontract packages awarded, and still gives Q2 2027 as the expected completion.
