DAMAC Casa
DAMAC Casa is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Al Sufouh, on King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, with Palm Jumeirah in view and close to DAMAC's Cavalli Tower. Gulf Business reported the project's introduction in October 2023. CTBUH lists it as under construction, 155 m tall with 49 floors above ground, designed by AE7, with Robert Bird Group as structural engineer and completion expected in 2028.
The developer describes the design as inspired by the lotus flower around a "flying island" concept surrounded by water. DAMAC's page lists one- and two-bedroom townhouses on the lower levels, one- and two-bedroom apartments above them and three- to five-bedroom "super luxury" apartments; at the 2023 launch the larger units were described with a private lift and their own pool.
MEED reported in January 2025 that China Nuclear Industry No. 22 Construction Company had won a construction contract for the tower, that piling had begun by June 2024, and that DAMAC is developing the project through its subsidiary Aqua Viridis Investment. DAMAC gives 2028 as the planned handover.
