Al Sufouh is a district of Dubai; Gulf News and MEED refer to its parts as Al Sufouh 1 and Al Sufouh 2. In September 2016 Al Sufouh Street was renamed King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street by order of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, according to Dubai's protocol department. Gulf News described the road as passing Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residence. Gulf News reported that the track of Dubai's first tram project runs at ground level along Al Sufouh Road, with an elevated section. In March 2024 Gulf News reported that the RTA had developed a parking facility of about 112 spaces in Al Sufouh 1, together with a roundabout for traffic around the Choueifat School on Hessa Street. Residential projects in the district include DAMAC Casa, a DAMAC Properties tower that CTBUH lists at King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, Al Sufouh.
