NABNI Developments is an Emirati real estate developer based in Dubai. According to a joint 2024 announcement with Hilton, the company was formerly known as Al Jaziri Properties and was rebranded in 2022; its co-founders are Abdulrahman Alsuwaidi and Badr Alsuwaidi. Gulf Business described Badr Abdulla Alhelo Alsuwaidi as co-founder and CEO in 2025.
The projects named in that announcement are the Business Avenue office building in Al Khabaisi, the Lamborghini Building on Sheikh Zayed Road and six Avenue Residences buildings in Al Furjan. Arabian Business later reported the launch of Avenue Residences 6 in Al Furjan.
In March 2024 NABNI and Hilton announced a partnership for a standalone Waldorf Astoria residential project in Dubai. In May 2025, following that partnership, NABNI opened sales for Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Business Bay.
