Ithra Dubai

Ithra Dubai describes itself as a real estate developer and asset manager wholly owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). In April 2017 it named the Deira Enrichment Project and One Za'abeel as projects on which work had begun, and in June 2017 the Waterfront Market in Deira, also listed among its projects, opened to the public as the new home of the Deira fish market.

At One Za'abeel, the company lifted the first, 192 m section of The Link, the structure spanning the two towers, to about 100 m above ground in September 2020, stating a planned final length of 226 m. In March 2024 Guinness World Records recognised One Za'abeel as the world's longest cantilevered building; press materials for the record name ICD as the developer. Ithra Dubai has described the development as the world's first vertical urban resort managed by One&Only.

In January 2026 Ithra Dubai launched the Dubai Gold District, a destination combining gold retail, bullion trading and wholesale activity.
