Hircon International

Hircon International is a real estate company formed as a joint venture between India's Hiranandani Constructions and Dubai-based ETA Star Properties, according to Gulf News and MEED reports from 2006. Its project in Dubai is 23 Marina, a residential tower in Dubai Marina that the company launched and for which it acted as client; CTBUH lists Hircon International as the building's owner.

In 2006 Hircon selected Dubai Civil Engineering from five bidders as main contractor for the tower. According to CTBUH, 23 Marina was completed in 2012, rises 392.4 m and has 88 floors above ground. CTBUH recognised it as the tallest residential building in the world as of March 2012.
