Dar Global

Dar Global is the international real estate arm of Dar Al Arkan, which Dar Global's own listing release describes as the largest real estate company in Saudi Arabia. The company was established in 2017 and focuses on luxury real estate. Gulf News reported in January 2023 that the Dubai-headquartered subsidiary overseeing Dar Al Arkan's international operations would be renamed Dar Global and listed in London.

Dar Global was admitted to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in February 2023; Reuters reported that trading was expected to begin on 28 February 2023. At the time the company reported eleven projects in six countries. Its chief executive is Ziad El Chaar.

Dar Global has worked with The Trump Organization on several projects in the Gulf. In Dubai it is developing Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, launched in April 2025, which the developer described as the fifth collaboration between the two companies, after projects including Trump Tower Jeddah and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman.
