Al Ain Holding

Guinness World Records (2021), the architect Killa Design and Hotel Management Network (2020) name Al Ain Holding as the developer of Address Beach Resort, the 77-storey twin-tower project at Jumeirah Beach Residence. Hotel Management Network describes the building as Emaar Hospitality's first Address beachfront property.

MEED reported in 2016 and 2017 that the towers were being developed by Abu Dhabi-based Al-Ain Properties, and the CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Al Ain Properties as the building's owner.
