The Bristol at Emaar Beachfront, which Emaar Properties markets as The Bristol Luxury Hotels & Resorts, is an Emaar development sold off-plan at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. According to Emaar, it combines 227 branded apartments, four penthouses and a five-star lifestyle hotel; the apartments have one to four bedrooms and the penthouses five.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists the tower as a residential and hotel building of 203.5 m with 54 floors above ground and one below, containing 231 apartments. Construction started in 2025 according to CTBUH, which expects completion in 2028.
In June 2026 MEED reported that Emaar had awarded the construction contract to Al-Sahel Contracting Company. According to MEED, the hotel will have about 150 keys, Dutch Foundation carried out the enabling works and Mirage Leisure & Development is the consultant.
