Sunrise Bay

Sunrise Bay is a residential project by Emaar Properties in Emaar Beachfront, at Dubai Harbour. Emaar describes two towers connected by a podium deck, with one- to four-bedroom apartments, an infinity pool and gym, and access to the community's 1.5 km beach.
In September 2018 MEED reported that Emaar had invited contractors to bid for the contract to build Sunrise Bay, a scheme of two residential towers, and named the local firm Rice Perry Ellis as the scheme's consultant. In July 2025 Gulf News listed Sunrise Bay among the towers Emaar Beachfront has delivered.
