Palace Beach Residence is a residential development by Emaar in the Emaar Beachfront community. Emaar Development listed it among the projects it launched in Emaar Beachfront in the first nine months of 2021.
The development consists of two residential towers on a shared podium, with about 550 apartments in total. CTBUH records Tower 1 at 117.6 m with 30 floors and Tower 2 at 164.1 m with 42 floors, both of concrete construction; construction started in 2022 and both towers were completed in 2025. The architect was Rice Perry Ellis & Partners, the main contractor Al Basti & Muktha LLC and the project manager Arcadis.
