Marina Vista is a residential complex by Emaar Properties at Emaar Beachfront, which Emaar places at Dubai Harbour. According to the Skyscraper Center, it consists of two towers: Tower 2, 170 m tall with 46 floors, and Tower 1, 130.2 m tall with 35 floors. The complex holds 627 apartments; Emaar offers one- to three-bedroom units.
The Skyscraper Center lists the project as proposed in 2018, with construction starting in 2019 and both towers completed in 2023. In July 2019 China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East was awarded the construction contract by Emaar Development, a scope that included MEP works. BH.NS Engineering Consultants is credited as architect, structural engineer and MEP engineer, and both towers have an all-concrete structure. In September 2019 Emaar announced the launch of South Beach, furnished one- to three-bedroom apartments at Emaar Beachfront, and named it in the same release as Marina Vista by Emaar.
The developer lists private beach access, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym among the project's features.
