Grand Bleu Tower
Emaar Properties · Emaar Beachfront
Grand Bleu Tower is a residential project by Emaar Properties at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour. Emaar and designer Elie Saab announced the collaboration at Dubai Opera in April 2019; Emaar described it as its first partnership with the designer. ELIE SAAB designed the interiors and lobbies, and the design draws on the Art Deco era of the 1930s.
The CTBUH Skyscraper Center lists Grand Bleu Towers as a complex of two residential towers with 633 apartments: Tower 1 is 198.4 m tall with 53 floors, Tower 2 is 137.6 m tall with 36 floors. Construction started in 2019 and both towers were completed in 2024. CTBUH names Atkins as architect and ELIE SAAB Maison for the interiors.
At launch, Emaar offered one- to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses; completion was then scheduled for 2023 (as reported in 2019). The developer lists access to a 1.5 km beach and an infinity-edge pool among the amenities.
