Sheffield Real Estate is the developer of Marina 101, a 425-metre skyscraper with the Hard Rock Hotel in the lower floors and residences above. The building was delivered in 2017 after a prolonged construction pause. Today it is Dubai's second-tallest building after Burj Khalifa.
