Cayan Group

Cayan Group is a real estate developer based in Riyadh, with offices in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Ahmed Alhatti has been named as its president and chairman.

In Dubai, Cayan Group is the developer of Cayan Tower in Dubai Marina, previously known as Infinity Tower. CTBUH lists the residential tower at 306.4 m with 73 floors above ground and gives 2013 as its completion year.

In November 2016 Cayan Group appointed Shapoorji Pallonji International as main contractor for Cayan Cantara, a two-tower residential and hotel apartment project on Umm Suqeim Street in Dubai, and named Rotana Hotel Management as operator of the hotel apartment tower. CTBUH lists both Cayan Cantara towers as never completed: the project was redesigned and replaced by Skyhills Residences, whose two towers CTBUH lists under HRE Development as completed in 2026.
